We want you to love everything from Funktion Active. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Sale items marked “FINAL SALE”

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive:

  • Refund to your Store credit

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

3. Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Email us within 3 days at contact@funktionactive.com.au
  • Include photos + order numberWe will replace or refund it immediately.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping.
